An exciting and reputable national law firm is hiring for a highly professional receptionist to join their organisation. This varied role will require the successful candidate to be proactive and have a proven history of excellent customer service skills, in order maintain a high quality service.

The primary and duties and responsibilities of this chiefly involve:
Acting as the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring a high quality, professional experience.
Organising, creating and managing meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring and forwarding emails and phone calls.
Organising and preparing travel arrangements.
Meeting and greeting clients.
Scanning, copying and emailing of large documents
Liaising with other departments.

The successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid IT skills, with systems such as Microsoft word and excel.
Solid experience within a similar role.
Pro-active approach to work.
Approachable and productive, ensuring effective relationship building.
