A well-known, highly reputable and professional establishment based in Birmingham are currently seeking a C-Suite level Executive Assistant to support at a senior level on a full time basis on an initial 12 months FTC. Working at a senior level, the successful candidate must have solid board level EA experience working for large, international organisations and ideally will have had experience of managing a team of PA’s. Leading a successful EA and PA network, the candidate will be a confident, proactive and professional candidate keen to work within a forward thinking organisation. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday (mainly office based with some flexibility to Work from home where needed, normally 1 day per week) and is an initial 12 months FTC covering maternity.

The successful candidate will manage a complex diary, which is normally booked 12 months in advance, acting as a gatekeeper and signposting where needed, arranging travel and accommodation, producing first class documents and presentations, preparing for board meetings alongside taking minutes of meetings and leading on organising high profile events. As part of this role, you will be managing a small team, providing guidance and support alongside mentorship and helping to challenge and foster a progressive culture. You will lead on appraisals and lead on all aspects of recruitment for the team.

The successful candidate must be degree level (or equivalent) and have solid Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite and understand the value add required for a role like this. You will ideally have worked for a large, multi-site organisation and have experience with complex diaries and arranging international travel. Excellent written skills is a key requisite for this role due to the nature of the role and ideally experience with writing and preparing speeches and talks alongside presentations. You will be a confident, engaging and collaborative individual who has a desire to network and solve problems. You will have excellent IT skills and work at a highly confident level.
