Hybrid role over 20 hours based in Northamptonshire, offering up to £20,500 per annum (£38,250 FTE) depending on experience.

Are you looking for your next steps in HR? Would you like to work as part of an internationally-recognised brand to help develop and implement key HR initiatives, supporting the wider development of both the brand and its staff? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Northamptonshire, the successful applicant will work alongside other members of the HR Team, supporting the HR manager to deliver the objectives of the company.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process including arranging interviews and assessments, drafting letters and paperwork, and developing and implementing a new-starter induction programme; helping to streamline the onboarding process
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of HR initiatives and systems to support staff welfare and improve employee relations
  • Developing, maintaining and updating all the HR systems
  • Monitoring staff attendance and performance as required
This role is 20 hours a week over four days, two in the office and two at home, with some requirements to work flexible hours.

Prospective applicants must have previous experience in a similar role within HR, and have excellent IT, organisation and communication skills. Applicants must be able to work to deadlines in a confidential manner, and thrive working as part of a team.
