Within this role, you will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will work effectively and efficiently to provide first class secretarial support. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Coordinating client meetings

- Diary management

- Managing fee earner expectations

- Organising travel arrangements

- Producing PowerPoints and reports for clients

- Providing admin support to fee earners

- Completing financial reports where required

- Understanding the end to end billing process

- Organisation of file management

 The employer is looking for somebody who ideally has solid legal PA / secretarial experience, with experience of supporting fee earners, ideally within a larger firm. Somebody personable, calm and flexible with excellent organisation skills would be best suited to this position.
