A charity just outside of Birmingham city centre is seeking an organised Business Support Coordinator to provide integral support on a 7-month fixed term contract. As an ever-changing organisation, they truly value resilience, tenacity and innovation. The successful Administrator will be an excellent collaborator with a knack for multi-tasking and instilling improvement in all areas.

This role will be multi-faceted. First and foremost, you will be an ambassador for the charity’s mission, helping to deliver solutions and raise potential. Part of this will be supporting the administration behind projects, events and the CEO’s day to day activities.

You will be involved in:
Managing the calendar for all projects and events.
Supporting the CEO with booking in meetings and responding to an array of correspondence.
Booking transport and accommodation arrangements.
Taking minutes at meetings and distributing action notes.
Updating the membership databases and managing member invitations to events.
Collating feedback from members and discussing with CEO.
Researching new members and monitoring engagement.
Coordination of marketing materials, planning and activities.
Management of the website and blog platforms.

This 7-month contract will require someone with previous co-ordination experience either within a similar PA role or in a project/event orientated position. If you have charity experience, that would be ideal! Salary is dependent on experience.
