Hybrid, full-time permanent position offering £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience, plus commission-earning opportunities.

An exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised energy company as part of their Sales Team has become available! Based near Birmingham, the successful applicant will be supporting the Senior Sales Manager by providing administrative support to the Sales Team, supporting them in driving new business leads for both company businesses.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Creating and delivering qualified leads for both company businesses, ensuring they are of high quality and completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Administrative duties, including effectively and efficiently storing documents on the company’s administrative systems
  • Handling customer queries, escalating customer complaints and communicating them to the team
  • Data entry and validation, ensuring data is appropriately saved and kept up-to-date
Prospective applicants must have previous experience in sales and customer-service, as well as experience in the energy sector. They must be adaptable and flexible, able to prioritise and work to deadlines, have excellent communication skills, and thrive working as part of a team.
