Hybrid, full-time permanent position offering £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised energy company as part of their Customer Service Team has become available! Based near Birmingham, the successful applicant will be aiding the Senior Sales Manager to support both new and existing businesses, working closely with customers, suppliers and the Sales Team.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Supporting and handling customer queries, chasing suppliers to resolve these queries, and escalating any customer complaints
  • Data entry and validation, ensuring data is appropriately saved and kept up-to-date
  • Administrative duties, including effectively and efficiently storing documents on the company’s administrative systems and portals
  • Keeping track of the registration report; communicating and resolving queries
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding service
Prospective applicants must be adaptable and flexible, able to prioritise and work to deadlines, have excellent communication and customer-facing skills, and thrive working as part of a team. Previous experience both within customer service and the energy sector is also required.
