Full-time, permanent role offering up to £40,000 depending on experience.
An exciting opportunity to work for the Executive Director of an International company as a Personal Assistant has become available! Based in Wolverhampton, the successful applicant will be supporting the Director by delivering both personal and business support, and liaising with directors both regionally and internationally.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
- Providing personal support to the Executive Director, including managing private bills and invoices, managing household arrangements and maintenance, organising personal appointments and arranging personal travel
- Providing support to the business, including arranging and following-up on meetings, email monitoring and diary management, booking and arranging both national and international travel and events, and providing support to other team members and directors when required
- Project-work, including facilities-related operational projects
- Supporting and maintaining compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
Prospective applicants must be adaptable and flexible; being able to work cross-functionally depending on the requirements of the role, and work with a high degree of professionalism. They must have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with both the Director and other company members.
Ideally, applicants will have previous experience in a similar role, although this is not essential. Candidates must also have good IT skills, and hold a full drivers license.
