An exciting opportunity to work for a national law firm as part of their Legal Support Services team has become available! Based in Cardiff, the successful applicant will work closely alongside members of the team to support them in delivering a high-quality experience to clients.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Copying, printing and scanning legal documents, and arranging large-scale document work to be sent to other offices
  • Email administration, including sending outgoing and internal mail and email monitoring
  • File management, including retrieving and sending files to and from the off-site provider, and carrying out regular file audits
  • Helping monitor and support the health and safety of the office, including identifying any hazards and feeding this to the relevant party, and general maintenance tasks
  • General administrative and post duties when required
Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, as well as a high attention-to-detail and able to work to deadlines.
