As our Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Director is equipped to deliver drive change and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive PA Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Change Management and Technology Director, managing calendars, and travel arrangements.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of key projects and initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and proactive meeting follow-up.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• People lead: working as the key eyes and ears of the Director to ensure they are up to speed with all personnel developments and to help a create the bond of a success driven, motivated homogenous team.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a dynamic environment and corporate setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• A passion for providing top level PA support.
