An impressive law firm are seeking an experienced Legal PA to work within their Litigation and Hub team and provide high level secretarial support to the key clients and legal advisers. This is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid working. The firm delivers high-class client service and offers an impressive global reach ensuring that legal needs are met actively and efficiently. For this reason, the firm are looking for a proactive and professional individual who thrives on delivering results and coming up with innovative solutions.

This role will primarily involve:
Diary management, travel coordination and organisation of meetings.
Management of correspondence including emails, documentation and phone calls.
Preparation of presentations and materials for conferences/events.
Delivery of a high standard client service.
Ensuring fee earners have their agendas and helping with their case files.
Financial administration and responsibility for the billing process.
Ad hoc projects such as creating bundles, assisting with seminars and supporting the secretarial team.

The successful Legal PA will have professional services experience alongside exposure as a Secretary, PA or Team Administrator. You must be skilled at diary management and prioritising urgent tasks. Experience supporting a Head/Director would be preferred from within a professional setting.
