A global organisation based in Birmingham City Centre are currently seeking a versatile, driven and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to take leadership over their Marketing, Events and Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior B2B Marketing Management experience who has prior line management experience who is keen to work within a fast paced, varied and evolving environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will liase with senior Partners to help develop and lead a full marketing strategy for the group to help build the brand and generate new leads.
Day to day this role will support with strategic planning ensuring all marketing plans align with the business objectives, targeting key clients and driven revenue. You will managing two other longstanding executives who work collaboratively and creatively in a professional manner. Further to this you will lead on all digital marketing, events management, market research, content development alongside client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally at management/ leadership level alongside having relevant degree or qualifications. You will be a creative thinker who has a proven track record alongside excellent communication skills. You will be IT sav and have great project management skills.
This role is full time, permanent and offers hybrid working with salary dependent on experience.
