You will join an established, specialist desk, with existing clients and strong networks. This role will involve no sales and suits a graduate keen to work within a fast paced, sociable and professional environment which enables them to earn well from day one!

Recruiting for jobs across the UK, you will be involved in:

Sourcing candidates with specialised experience.

Researching CVs using a variety of platforms.

Writing quality adverts to draw in high calibre candidates.

Telephone screening and booking in candidates for jobs.

Creating shortlists and liaising with clients over the phone.

Coordinating availability and locations of applicants to ensure they fit in with job requirements.

Tracking jobs and deadlines whilst working towards targets.

Maintaining relationships and pushing brand reputation.

This is a people-focussed role, ideal for someone who is bubbly, bright and keen to learn! Ideally you will have a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) and have prior office or commercial experience.

The successful individual will be educated to degree-level, ideally with a 2.1, and will have an ambitious and proactive personality though a degree is not key. Alongside this, you will have some office experience.
