This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin their career in the corporate world, this role requires someone who has previous experience with administration. - Provide administrative support to the team by handling clerical tasks and data entry.
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Proficient in using Google Suite for document management and collaboration.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
