A leading global law firm based in Birmingham city centre is looking to add a team assistant to their busy office. This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin their career in the corporate world, this role requires someone who has previous experience with administration. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling clerical tasks and data entry.
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite for document management and collaboration.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
