My client is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity to a dynamic administrative professional eager to embark on a rewarding journey with our rapidly expanding financial Advisory business. As an Assistant to the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative and office support. This position offers a Monday to Friday office-based experience in the Birmingham Office.
Your Responsibilities will entail:
- Comprehensive Office Management: Embrace the responsibility of daily office management, overseeing facilities and maintenance, handling internal and external mail, and managing office supplies efficiently.
- Efficient Diary and Meeting Room Management: Take charge of diary management and meeting room reservations, ensuring a warm welcome for visitors and providing impeccable hospitality.
- Supporting Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Assist in crafting compelling presentations and proposals, collaborating as needed
- General Administrative Support: Engage in various administrative tasks, including invoicing, formatting presentations, and drafting company correspondence.
- Occasional Travel Opportunities: Enjoy the chance to travel to other Offices, when necessary, with expenses covered by the company.
- HR Assistance: Collaborate with the Practice Manager on HR-related tasks, including documentation, staff training coordination, induction processes, meeting scheduling, and training support.
- Contribute to Events and CSR Initiatives: Be an integral part of our Events and Corporate Social Responsibility program.
- Health & Safety Coordination: Play a vital role in health and safety, including First Aid and Fire Warden duties.
- Reporting: Work closely with the Practice Manager, ensuring efficient reporting mechanisms.
Applicants will have previous experience supporting with the above and perhaps have supported an office manager in the past with facilities etc.
