My client, a global and award winning law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are currently seeking a front facing, client focused and articulate Corporate Receptionist to help run their front of house area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior Receptionist or Hospitality experience who has a real passion for people and acting as the ambassador for the firm. You will work closely with a team of Team Assistants and PA’s, whilst reporting to the Office Manager. This role is full time, permanent and is fully office based.

Day to day you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors, ensuring all clients and guests are looked after, managing all catering, ensuring all the meeting rooms are clean and tidy alongside managing the switchboard and arranging couriers. Further to this, you will gain exposure to the general administration team, assisting with post and the filing/ archiving process.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people and wants a busy and fast paced role! You will be a proud brand ambassador and work well as part of a team but also be happy to work autonomously. You will ideally have prior Receptionist experience and be able to demonstrate strong service excellence. First class written and verbal English is key alongside strong IT skills.
