We have a fantastic opportunity for an intellectually driven Inhouse Paralegal to join an international retail organisation, working on a full-time and permanent basis.

The successful candidate will come from a well-educated background, ideally having graduated with a 2:1 in Law with some commercial experience under their belt. This is a thriving role for a motivated Law graduate to join a well-renowned company, working on an inhouse basis.

You will be working within their Birmingham offices, located just on the edge of Birmingham.

Some of your responsibilities will entail:

• Carrying out legal research
• Assisting with disputes and litigation such as employment tribunals
• Renewing licenses ensuring they’re correct
• Regulatory reporting to the appropriate commissions
• IP regulation and support
• Maintaining property documents and making sure they’re signed

This is a highly varied yet unique role, offering exposure to different areas of law alongside the Legal Counsel and huge insight into an inhouse role. A strong work ethic and good organisational skills are a must with this opportunity, where you will be fully office based for the first few months of training to fully grasp the role. Once training is complete, the role will transition into a hybrid working role.
