A fantastic charitable organisation based just outside of Birmingham City Centre is looking for an individual with all round coordination skills for a temp to permanent opportunity within the business. Within this role you will be accountable to the businesses CEO and must be happy to adapt to a changing environment and varied responsibilities. Alongside elements of PA support, you will also be responsible for the Project Coordination function. Your responsibilities will include:

Management of the events calendar including sourcing venues and suppliers, coordinating budgets, and administering project work
Support to the CEO involving some elements of diary management, travel bookings and email management
Coordination of meetings including minute taking and following up on action points
Assistance in the membership process such as database management, research projects, and event engagement
Management of the marketing plan for the business including writing and producing of the monthly newsletter and adding to the website
This is a temp to permanent role requiring an immediate start and offers hybrid working. Prior PA/Coordination experience is essential alongside minute taking experience. Ideally you will have worked within a charity environment though this is not essential.
