A new opportunity for an Office Manager looking to take up some PA and marketing responsibilities has recently become available at a lovely consultancy in Birmingham City Centre.

The successful candidate will work in a small, friendly and social team with modern offices that are fun and easy to work in. The Office Manager will be looking after two really lovely directors, being responsible for their diary management and organising any meetings they may have. This would be a brilliant chance for an office manager looking to gain some PA experience in a warm and supportive environment.

This a very social role, with lots of client-facing activities to take part in throughout the day , and arranging and attending social events being a key responsibility of the role, so this would suite someone who loves working with people best. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take up some HR responsibilities including advertising vacancies and conducting inductions for new starters, as well as some marketing responsibilities including managing the LinkedIn page and writing articles for and updating the website. Other responsibilities will include maintaining stationary and equipment supplies, assisting document control and issuing invoices to clients.
