Some responsibilities of the role entail:

• Maintaining and developing procedures and systems in place

• Handling general enquiries, answering and redirecting where required

• Prepping and issuing documents

• Managing weekly progress sheets

• Attending training, meetings and taking minutes

• General administration and filing for the team

The role requires someone with at least 1 year of administration experience, someone to hit the ground running as soon as. You must possess a positive attitude towards your responsibilities, work well within a team as well displaying a proactive nature offering solutions where needed.
