Graduate Client Operations Assistant for FinTech (ID:14280)
A unique Birmingham city centre based finance business is looking for an Graduate Level Service Manager to head up an innovative team. You will be required to understand all elements of business operation in order to offer a first-class and involved level of team management across the board.
For each individual team you will be responsible for the provision of weekly and monthly reviews of performance through continued and proactive record keeping. Alongside this, you will be required to review SOPs and other performance related documentation in line with continued team development and improvement as part of the business culture.
You possess the following skills and attributes:
Degree at 2:1 level or equivalent ideally within a business related field
Existing experience and ability to build and manage operational teams
An analytical approach to monitoring and reaching KPIs
Proficient levels with all Microsoft Office packages
Financially literacy and an analytical approach to your work load
Proficient experience with both internal and external stakeholder management
