We have an fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a leading, national law firm in their Nottingham office in this temporary based role. This is thriving hybrid role for someone who comes from an administrative/PA background with strong diary management skills. You will be working alongside the wider administrative team, supporting the vital recruitment processes. This will start as a temporary role with the opportunity to continue on a permanent basis.
Some of the responsibilities will entail:
• Strong diary management skills
• Accurately scheduling meetings and appointments across the organisation
• Advanced Excel skills to produce conclusions and store information
• Any general ad-hoc duties as and when needed around the office
This role suits a candidate with great administrative skills who can hit the ground running immediately.
