Our reputable client are looking to recruit a diligent Commercial Property Paralegal to specialise within their commercial team on a full-time permanent basis, located in their Stourbridge office. This is a varied role that requires the ideal candidate to demonstrate their previous practical knowledge of the Commercial Property process, using direction, initiative and excellent administration at the forefront of every task they do.

The responsibilities of the role are as follows (but are not limited to):

• Conducting and managing case loads
• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents
• Build strong rapport with clients and executives
• Dealing with correspondence via letter, phone and email
• Formatting reports for clients and executives
• Strong communication to liaise with new and existing clients

For the role, a commercial property background is strongly desired with a driving passion towards exceptional customer service and care. The ideal candidate will hold strong timekeeping skills, using high levels of accuracy as well as adapting your own initiative to solve problems.
