We are currently recruiting for a Reception Host to join a dynamic and well-renowned, leading law firm in their Birmingham based office. This fully-office based role is a fantastic opportunity for the successful individual to join a fast-moving company, working as part of a great team with administrators and managers! You will have previous experience of working with client services to provide efficient support to the team, in turn providing support to the entire in-house organisation!

Some of your responsibilities will entail:

• Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and positive demeanour
• Handling incoming calls and emails to a high standard, best representing the organisation
• Providing an outstanding service to both internal and external clients through the UK using a switchboard/helpdesk
• Developing a good understanding of the firm’s business (sectors, services and teams) to offer knowledgeable information to the appropriate party
• Co-ordinating with relevant departments to ensure the smooth provision of services to the meeting rooms
• Adhering to policy and procedure set out by the firm
• Any ad-hoc duties presented by the Client Services Manger i.e. dedicated lines for specific subjects and matters

The ideal candidate will have experience of organising and booking meeting rooms via the Condeco system, ensuring organisation is at the forefront of their duties. IT skills are also vital for this role which will be heavily reliant on MS Office as well as use of the switchboard console. The role demands a proactive and highly-motivated individual who uses initiative in every single task they do.
