Some duties for this role are:

• General administrative duties; including scanning/ sorting of post, ensuring accuracy of documents and records and opening and closing of archived files.

• First point of contact for clients as well as the one that keeps in regular contact with them.

• Dealing with payments, reconciling bank statements as well as assistance on preparation of accounts and billing.

• Recordkeeping of clients financial assets.
