My client are a highly reputable entrepreneurial Property Business and developer. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their team in a newly created role due to the growth and continued success of the business.

Working within a small team, this role will sit in one arm of the business of which there are multiple attached subsidiaries. You will support a driven and phenomenally successful Managing director in his day-to-day operations managing both his private and professional affairs which are intertwined. No day will be the same the role requires a PA who loves variety and predictably.

As well as the general PA duties such as full diary management and travel, scheduling and preparing for reports forward planning, client liaison and document management you will also organise personal affairs and provide additional support to the CEO. There will also be a need to manage all the operational affairs of the office including processes, systems facilities and there will be a major project to plan and follow through a major refit for the office which will be from design to delivery.

The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a Property/Construction environment although this is not essential. You will have experience of working as an EA/PA at MD level but also have experience of managing a growing office and all the components that go with that.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong levels of diplomacy and confidentiality. This role supports an incredibly demanding MD who is honest, transparent and works at 110mph. You will need to be meticulously organised and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. This role will be office based with some flexibility.
