Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of transactional documentation, as well as being the client contact for transactions.

• Providing support to colleagues as well as managing more junior members.

• Reviewing and reporting on search results, title investments and negotiated documents.

• Running transactions and files from day one.

Skills needed for the role:

• Excellent academic qualifications.

• Completion of LPC is beneficial but not essential.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Previous experience in commercial property
