A community support charity is recruiting for a part-time temporary HR Administrator to join their South Birmingham-based team. Some responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
  • HR invoicing
  • Adding new suppliers to the online systems
  • Ensuing all contractual documents are signed
  • Maintaining a digital database
  • Organising all HR files for onboarding and leavers
  • Reviewing DBS checks and renewing ones when needed
This role is perfect for someone looking for a part-time position and who has previous experience working in administration. The successful individual should be proactive and have a can-do approach to their work. It is essential that they are proficient in Microsoft word, excel, 365 and google.
