This role is the perfect way to take your first step into the corporate The Operations Coordinator graduate scheme is a 3–6-month program and helps graduates gain the relevant experience to become a recruitment consultant. After completing the graduate scheme, you will move onto being a trainee recruitment consultant.
Some key responsibilities:
• CV sourcing for relevant jobs and collecting leads
• Answering phone calls, running meetings, welcoming clients into the office.
