A global and well-established law firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the fee earners and provide excellent administrative and secretarial support to the various partners and fee earners Ideally, they are seeking an individual with aspirations to become a PA longer-term!

The firm delivers high-class client service and offers an impressive global reach ensuring that legal needs are met actively and efficiently. For this reason, the firm are looking for a proactive and professional individual who thrives on delivering results and coming up with innovative solutions.

The role will primarily involve acting as integral administration support as part of the secretarial team – diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, processing of expenses, record keeping and email correspondence. You will be active in responding to fee earner requests and contributing to team meetings; undertaking extensive client reporting and billing and collaborating with team members to improve processes. Overall the role will be hugely organisation and will require a level of time management and planning.

The successful Team Coordinator will have experience in professional services / a corporate environment alongside diary management skills.
