A specialist Birmingham based Law firm are recruiting for a HR Administrator and Learning development role working with the Learning Development Lead and Head of HR Operations. This position will be split 60/40 having the learning and development or 3 days a week and HR for 2 days a week. The role requires someone who has experience working in administration and is also confident about learning relevant software and systems to a high standard. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
Learning and Development:
• Organising and setting up various L&D programmes and workshops
• Promoting learning opportunities and monitoring learning activities
• Clear communication about e-learning, answering queries and creating user accounts
• Maintenance of the online page about Learning and Development

HR administration:
• Creating a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for all new starters
• Holding responsibility of accurate recording keeping
• Ensuring all pre employment checks are complete before and employee starts their new role

This position would be perfect for an individual who proactive with a professional outlook and has the ability to multi task and meat deadlines.
