Are you experienced within Court of Protection? Are you keen to take the step from a Court of Protection Legal assistant into a Team Leader role? If so, we may have the role for you! We are currently looking for a hard-working individual for a role within a high-end city centre firm within the Court of Protection department as a Team Leader.

This opportunity is based within a nationally renowned city centre firm in which you will be responsible for your own workload, carry out professional client liaison, and utilise in-house systems. We are looking for individuals who possess solid experience within a professional legal environment and are keen to develop upon their existing paralegal skills. You must have prior Court of Protection experience be keen to progress into a leadership role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a close knit team of Legal Assistants
Quality Checking Work
Handling Complex caseloads
Assistance with all case progress and overall management including completion of applications
Management of nominated individuals property and financial affairs through expert liaison with all relevant parties
Preparation of accounts, reports and bills
Act of the main point of contact as well as offering a full advisory service on all legal and Court of Protection matters
Management of correspondence in a timely and professional manner
