Receptionist for Growing Business with Facilities Duties (ID:116)
Are you an forward thinking and proactive receptionist
looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We currently have a fantastic role based
just outside Birmingham City Centre within a growing and lively organisation
within an innovative sector. We are looking for an individual with a can-do
attitude, and a passionate for providing first-class client service. The
responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Expert co-ordination of multiple meeting rooms and
conferencing facilities
·
Provision of catering and equipment whilst ensuring
the presentation of all rooms
·
Professional management of phones and switchboard
facilities in order to transfer calls and relay messages
·
Meet and greet of all visitors catering to all needs
and requirements in an immediate and efficient manner
·
Full and varied support of the wider administrative
team
·
Liaising with suppliers, negotiating costs
·
Maintaining and ensuring the office is fully
operation, if anything is broken logging issues and ensuring that suppliers are
informed.
