Sales Support Co-ordinator in Design (ID:11475)
An international high-end manufacturing company are looking to recruit a highly motivated team member to join sales support team. Working in a busy Birmingham-based office, the role would include being responsible for managing inboxes as well as answering the telephone and responding to emails with quotations.
The Key features of the role:
- Processing and ordering of sample requests, then continue to monitor the order process.
- Producing initial and cloned pricing quotations to corporate and non-corporate customers.
- Organising and creating cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Use of Microsoft Teams to schedule client appointments and ensure they are all corrected logged and followed up.
- Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments and with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an outstanding ability to communicate with internal and external contacts.
- A positive and professional attitude combined with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.
