The day to day of this role will require you liaise with customers and clients on an inbound call basis in a professional and compassionate manner whilst working through all queries and issues through management of database systems. You must therefore be an excellent listener and communicator, as well as possess experience within a commercial telephone based role.
You will be required to work rotational shifts between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and some occasional weekend work (time will be given back in lieu). These shifts will change monthly so you will know a month in advance what your shifts are. You will also be required to carry out Maths and English tests as part of the application process.
