An Established organisation is looking for a sales administrator to join their fast paced company and team. They are looking for someone who is driven to develop the administrative skills further and progress with in their company. The position would be responsible for creation of all sample forms, managing your Area Sales Managers inbox, answering of the telephone and responding to emails with the ability to produce pricing quotations.
Some Key Responsibilities:
• To answer the telephone and assist with general enquiries.
• Process architect/contractor sample requests, including web requests as required by your
designated Area Sales Manager
• Order in samples from suppliers as required, monitoring the order’s progress and liaising with Samples department and Area Sales Manager regarding its receipt
• Produce pricing quotations, including initial quotations and cloned quotes to non-corporate and corporate customers as required
• Process factory registrations and reservations as requested by your designated Area Sales Manager
• Continuously updating and maintaining an accurate CRM database in SAP of project opportunities and business partner details
• Along with designated Area Sales Manager and Project Tracking team ensure accurate use of Outlook, Teams & SAP to ensure all client appointments are logged & follow up calls/emails planned
• Carry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you by your manager and Sales Executive
They are looking for some one with previous administration experience previous use of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.
