A well respected and impressive organisation within the legal sector is looking for a Marketing Assistant for their fast-paced Walsall offices. Based near local transport links and car parking on site, this role requires a switched-on individual to successfully work independently in a newly formed role. This role is a proper Marketing Executive role that requires prior corporate Marketing experience, ideally from within legal or professional services. The successful applicant will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Controlling all the firms digital marketing actions
Managing of all social media, updating the website, and managing all PR activity
Management of the marketing database including cleansing activities where necessary
Creating of all marketing collateral
Supporting the BD Manager with general assistant duties
Successful liaison both internally and externally including communication with clients to answer queries
Involvement in the booking process for all seminars and events including the creation of delegates lists
Input in the pre and post event administration processes including advertising artwork and content, scheduling and media planning
Management of all digital media including intranet updates, website content and social media monitoring
Expert production and formatting of PowerPoint presentations
Ensure consistent stock levels of all marketing materials and collateral
The successful applicant must be able to access Walsall and have demonstrable skills within the above listed responsibilities. You must have prior Marketing experience and ideally have relevant qualifications. Further to this, you must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and have experience with a range of IT packages.
