A property management company is looking for a temporary commercial services executive to join their team in Solihull. This company is looking for a well-rounded individual who doesn’t shy away from a challenge, communication is key to this role as it involves dealing with customers daily. They require an individual who has some commercial awareness and can seamlessly complete tasks given to them using software such as Microsoft office. Team work is curtail to this company and therefore someone who thrives in a supportive team environment is ideal.
Some key responsibilities:
• Accurate execution of processes, processing cash, reporting and customer interactions relating to settlement activities.
• Identification and correct handling of overdue settlement accounts and escalate to line manager where appropriate .
• Dealing directly with customers and suppliers with support claims.
• Build relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and giving a timely response to any queries.
• Maintenance of internal information database comprising customer data for assessment purposes.
