A company in Burntwood is looking to have a general administrator join their team on an ongoing temporary basis that has the ability to go permanent. This is an office based role as it’s a very hands on job, this company cares about the whole person and invest in their staff in order to see the team grow and thrive. This role is a customer facing role, and therefore the candidate needs to have a confident and outgoing personality with the ability to work proactively and with a flexible work approach.

Some key responsibilities:
• General Administrative/ Secretarial support and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external contractors.
• Processing subcontractor payments and reconciling their accounts as well as subcontractor correspondence.
• The role is primarily helping with all administration queries as well as dealing with reporting and diary management.
