A commercial property company is looking to hire an actively engaged, confident and proactive individual for their executive assistant role. This role includes working as a pivotal part of a team, this requires good communication skills. This a highly demanding role allows you to engage internally and externally, leading to a need for a high level of foresight and organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
• General office administration, diary and inbox management including booking of travel and managing travel documentation.
• Event management, coordinate events and hosting key clients.
• Make use and keep track of CRM platforms to manage data.
• Creation of reports to assist teams as well as cover where necessary.
• Assisting the finance team in management of budgets, fee schedules, and recovery of debt.
• Aiding the Human Resources team in training and development.
• Regular engagement with stakeholders, as well as liaising with other teams.
• Assist in the Bid process including sourcing, documentation and time scales.
• Proactively find solutions to make tasks more efficient.

Some preferred skills for the role are:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Templafy.
• High level of experience with CRM
• Ability to accurately audio and copy type.
