A fantastic legal business in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a proactive and professional individual for a progressive and challenging role. Working within a varied support role, you must possess excellent levels of coordination skills as well as a great attitude. This business are open on experience but are looking for someone willing to take on a new challenge and work hard in order to prove themselves. Day-to-day you will be responsible for the following:

Coordination of documents processes including creation and sending of bundles, usage of online document systems, and sending correspondence to clients
Management of diaries or order to work strategically in line with the business needs and ensuring all client requirements are covered
Handling any initial queries from clients both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner
Working closely with the team to ensure any holiday and absence is covered
Intelligent support to the fee earners within the business whilst always thinking ahead
Any other ad hoc duties in line with business needs

You must have the desire to progress within a busy commercial business within a support capacity. This business is extremely fast-paced and therefore you should be willing to go above and beyond in order to carry out the tasks required of you.
