Our graduate development programme enables our graduates to work at the hub of the company as an Operations Co-ordinator.

This role is a fundamental part of your future success as a consultant. It offers a solid grounding and opportunity to develop, with a high proportion of our most successful leaders having advanced their careers through this programme.

Operations Co-ordinators start front of house with exposure to clients, candidates and their colleagues. The role initially involves day-to-day operational duties with opportunities to be involved in ad-hoc projects and company events. After three to six months, Operations Co-ordinators are in the position to make an informed decision of which specialist division they want to join. Once offered by an established team, they can make the transition to a trainee consultant.

Upon joining a team, trainee consultants have access to ongoing training and support from our Learning Academy, colleagues and team leaders.

We are always interested in receiving applications from strong individuals with entrepreneurial flair and the desire to exceed expectations. Our most successful consultants are currently earning in excess of £100k. As part of the Angela Mortimer Group, we have graduate development opportunities across the UK, Europe, US, South America and Asia.
