The 2009 Edition
The 2009 edition illustrates the results of surveys completed by over 800 candidates and 600 firms, highlighting benefits important to candidates and the factors that influence their choice of firm as well as identifying common trends and outlooks within the legal marketplace.
- An overwhelming percentage of candidates (51%) rank training as the most important employee benefit.
- 58% of organisations are confident about business plans for 2009
- The majority of firms (66%) identified being a ‘Market Leader’ as more of an attractant than offering flexible working hours (43%).
- 15% of organisations admitted having no recruitment plan for 2009
