Katie Bard are currently recruiting on behalf of a national firm based in Birmingham City Centre who are currently recruiting for a team assistant to join their rapidly growing office on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make this role their own and really grow and progress with this being a brand-new role. It would suit someone with previous office experience within a corporate setting and for someone that isn’t going to be afraid to get stuck in!

Day to day duties may include:

  • Meeting and greeting guest and clients
  • Managing all meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all refreshments are ready and prompt for meetings
  • Managing diaries for various team and senior management
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for team members
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate in preparation for meetings
  • Supporting the regional offices with project related duties and administrative tasks

Ideal or relevant experience:

  • Previous corporate administration experience
  • Ideally degree (or equivalent) educated
  • A desire to want to progress within an administrative/ support role
  • Experience liaising with various stakeholders including clients and internal team members
  • Enthusiastic and fresh approach with the ability to have flexibility to your work.
