An industry leading, global diversity and inclusion consultancy are looking to bring onboard an Operations Executive to join their UK team in a busy, varied role. The purpose of this position is to oversee the operational management of their clients and associates, ensuring the onboarding, induction and billing process runs smoothly. You would be an integral part of a close-knit team that values good work ethic, and encourages a supportive working environment at all times, with the role offering great potential for long-term growth and career progression within the wider organisation.

Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting with the onboarding and induction process for new clients, liaising with the account management team to ensure all agreements and any bespoke terms are being adhered to
• Undertaking any conflict checks, reviewing all relevant documentation and ensuring it is up to date and compliant
• Managing internal and external stakeholders, liaising with the organisation’s partners and associates and building strong working relationships, responding to and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Overseeing the invoicing and billing process, liaising with the internal finance team and tracking all billable hours are processed accurately
• Producing reports and MI on KPIs and feeding them back in leadership meetings, playing an active role when assessing the efficiency of service provided to their clientele
• Updating, reviewing and analysing the data on their CRM systems, identifying and implementing any process changes and improvements on a continual basis

This role also involves the management of another individual in the Operations team, so any previous performance management and objective setting experience would be desirable.

The team are looking to bring onboard an individual who has good gravitas, understands the importance of managing stakeholders expectations and can confidently represent the organisation as the first point of contact for their key clients and associates. A passion for diversity and inclusion, and developing with the business long-term is also key for applicants to be able to express.

This is a full-time, permanent vacancy with an excellent hybrid working plan, and a great overall package. The position can be based in the Birmingham or London office, and offers a salary of between £30-40k depending on location and experience.
