An industry leading, global recruitment consultancy are expanding their team and looking to bring on board a driven individual to join them as a Graduate Level Recruitment Consultant! Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·     Use LinkedIn and other platforms for search and selection, resourcing candidates for the variety of roles you will be working on

·      Establish strong, professional working relationships with your candidates and clients, expanding your network and gaining recommendations

·         Conducting in-depth market research to provide a better service to your clients

With an in-depth induction and training plan in place, you will be taught the ins and outs of the industry and their presence in the market, and will be able to hit the ground running, exceeding your targets and going above and beyond to support the organisation as it grows.

Proactivity, the ability to work autonomously and a great team work ethic is essential for this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a great team work ethic is also a must! Strong academics across a variety of subjects will be considered, and recruitment experience in any industry sector is also desired.

This is a full-time, permanent position and will look to pay between £20-30k depending on experience, OTE of £50-75k. This is a full remote-working position, with occasional meetings held in person with the wider team and directors.
