Customer Account Manager - Automotive (ID:7832)
A wonderful, forward thinking and dynamic organisation based in the automotive industry are currently seeking a client driven, quality focused Customer Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent role. This role is a newly formed role due to the companies continued growth and success in 2021. The successful candidate will form an integral part of the companies growth, focusing on key clients and ensuring that all relationships are continued and developed.
Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to develop on relationships, managing the daily provision of the service to their clients, conduct regular account reviews and produce reports and forecasts. Further to this, you will be responsible for regular face to face meetings, solve any issues and negotiate on contracts.
This role is perfect for someone with prior experience within the automotive industry and is used to working within a KPI environment. You must have experience working and developing key accounts within the sector and love providing the best service possible. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required alongside flexibility to work.
