A professional, innovative and newly formed IT/ Engineering specialist recruitment consultancy are seeking a graduate calibre trainee recruitment consultant to join them on a full time permanent basis on a fully remote basis.. This business boasts a market leading position within their recruitment field and is looking to add valuable members to the team. We are looking for graduate level individuals with a 2:1 or equivalent looking for a new opportunity within recruitment. You must have the aspiration to progress within the industry and be able to demonstrate a highly organised way of working as you will primarily be autonomously and proactively.

This business is a close-knit team that work extremely efficiently in this fast-paced industry and so they are looking for someone to fit into the culture. You will have real autonomy and will be trust to manage the client account and relationship in a professional manner. Alongside salary, you have the ability to earn 10% commission.

We are looking for someone to work full time, though much like most of recruitment it will require some out of hours work. This business offers excellent benefits and a progressive based working culture. This company are working fully remote based but would probably suit candidates in Birmingham or London as there will be occasional meetings in either of these locations.
