Birmingham-based Law firm with an outstanding reputation has an exciting opportunity for an operational Reporting Analyst to join their wider operations team. This role will be an mix of office and remote.

The role reports to the Account Director and will support operational delivery, reporting and analysis.

The role will entail:

  • Providing operational reporting for the wider team including metrics such as Cost, volume, trends time, and productivity
  • Developing a solid understanding of the service levels and KPIs in the contract and support the team in capturing and report our performance against these measures and capturing any changes agreed with the client. Ensure appropriate change control documentation is captured and approved for operational changes
  • Coordinate the preparation of the monthly report for the client, including analysing data and trends
  • Data Use data modeling practices to create suggestions for operational improvements and changes considering the potential opportunities and risks attached
  • Produce high-quality documentation to support your work, report on your findings to influence and ensure buy-in from stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures Work with the operational teams to ensure that such IP remains up to date and always reflects our current working practices
  • Investigate operational needs and requirements and assist in the analysis and development of service improvement and business solutions.

In addition, you will support the wider operational team with HR support including capturing HR data and financial administration. This will include financial analysis of contracts and financial variance analysis.

Applicants must have experience in Operational Data Reporting for Business planning and performance purposes. Advanced Excel (Pivots, Macros etc) is essential. Strong communication skills and business acumen are key to this role.
