We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a leading global property consultancy in their Birmingham City Centre office. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone with previous finance experience and a keen interest in developing their career within professional services, to join an established organisation with the potential for long-term career development and progression!

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

?         Investigate and resolve invoice and cost control queries, meeting performance targets relating to invoice reviews and all aspects of cost control

?         Minimise invoice volumes by validating them and authorising payments

?         Produce regular expenditure reports

?         Identifying quality issues and risks, and escalate them when necessary

?    Collaborate with other internal departments and regularly liaise with external stakeholders to obtain relevant legal documentation

?       Support with service charge reviews, internal and external audits, and work to ensure all policies and procedures are being met<
